QUILT PATTERNS
and home machine EMBROIDERY DESIGN SETS.

We sell dried products to crafters and floral industry only.
MINIMUM $25.00 for shipped merchandise.

Due to intrastate commerce regulations concerning produce (dried flower products fall under this classification) we can not ship dried flowers to California, Florida, and Hawaii. We are able to ship all other type merchandise to these states.

Orders received after 10:00 AM EST weekdays will be shipped the following business day.

Our NORMAL DELIVERY SERVICE for dried products, gifts, and fabric is Ground Delivery via United Parcel Service (UPS) with their automated tracking system. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. UPS deliver weekdays. S/H cost, as listed below, will be automatically calculated when you check out your shopping cart.

We will use various UPS express deliveries, depending on where you are located and size of order, overnight, 2-day, or 3-day select. This COST CAN NOT be shown when you check out your shopping cart as each case is different therefore costs can not be determined beforehand. More information under S/H below.

QUILT PATTERNS and EMBROIDERY DESIGNS will be delivered via zip files within 24 hours of purchase. No minimum amount necessary.

MINIMUM Purchase Requirements:

We require a minimum order of $25.00 in merchandise for shipped merchandise or order will not be processed. No minimum for donwloadable Embroidery Designs.

We accept VISA and MASTER CARD purchases, checks or money orders. Shipment upon receipt of payment (except personal checks must clear first).

NEW CUSTOMERS: It's easy to order. Grab your shopping cart, select items to add to your shopping cart, then check out. You can complete your order by using one of three methods:

After checking out, call 1.717.369.4951 with your credit card information - weekdays between 8:00AM and 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time - weekends or evenings by chance before 9:00PM EST or
Mail a money order or check (checks have to clear before shipment).

RETURNING CUSTOMERS: Just grab your cart and come on in! We have your records on file. (Use the secure server if you wish to change or update credit card information.)

If package is damaged in shipping, keep all boxes and materials for inspection. Call us and we will place a claim and replace your order after inspection by UPS. For Special Overnight Rates we will calculate the cost depending upon the dimensions of your purchase and geographic location. (To illustrate shipping/handling cost, for a few bunches of dried materials or a gift package, domestic 3 day services will range in price from $25 - $35, 2 day $40-50 and Next Day Air $55+.) We will not ship special delivery if the rate of shipping/handling exceeds the cost of the material.

For international orders we reserve the right to refuse to process depending upon the item, order quantity (minimum $30), or country. We are not responsible for each countries importing taxes or tariffs.

Hand Dyes Fabric special delivery rates are less than those listed above as the packages are generally envelope size.
Quilt shipment method and price will be discussed with purchaser.

Embroidery Designs may be downloaded as zip files within 24 hours of purchase.

PA residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

We sell dried products to the craft and floral industry only. All materials are for decorative purposes only, not for consumption. Also, we reserve the right to not transact business if we believe the products will be used for other purposes. By purchasing our products you agree to use them for decorative purposes only.
RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with the products,
call within 5 days of receipt, return the products
and we will refund the value of your merchandise.
IDENTIFICATION POLICY: We need all information filled out on our shopping cart ordering form. We reserve the right to not transact business if the purchaser does not provide valid and necessary identification for Bunch of Bloomers to conduct business.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER: There is a $5.00 processing fee if order is canceled after we have processed and before we have shipped.
